Should the delivered dissertation doesn’t meet the initial guidelines of the clients adequately after 7 rounds of continuous revisions, the client may contact the customer support and provide them a detailed complaint attesting that the guidelines were not met sufficiently even after an ample amount of revisions. It is then at the sole discretion of Dissertation Experts to dispatch a different writer or to offer the client a complete refund.

However, Dissertation Experts may not provide full reimbursement in case of slight delay on delivery or slight content errors as such minor issues do not hold ample ground for complete refund. However, Dissertation Experts and the client may work out and come to an acceptable agreement by proposing discount offer or a partial refund to compensate for such inconvenience.

Complying with our agreement, our incapability to meet the actual deadline doesn’t signify sufficient reasons for a complete refund, unless Dissertation Experts fails get in touch with the client after the order request has been placed.

Contact and Dispute Resolution Policy

If the client is discontented with the provided dissertation, the client accepts to contact Dissertation Experts and notify us for direct resolution before commencing a chargeback. Dissertation Experts can be contacted either through their online support centre or email address.

Should the client and Dissertation Experts have not come to any acceptable resolution within the period of 14 days via the abovementioned communication means, the client is then free to contact other writing service for assistance. However, if a client fails to contact Dissertation Experts before commencing a chargeback, a breach of contract will be considered from client’s side and it will be handled accordingly.
